Peer review is the journal's main quality check. Subject experts assess each submission for quality, originality, academic standards, technical content, documentation and relevance to the journal's scope.
If the review calls for changes, the author revises the manuscript according to the reviewers' comments and returns it, with a point-by-point response, within the stated timeline.

Single-blind peer review
Reviewers can see the names and affiliations of the authors, but the identity of reviewers is never disclosed to authors.
Stages
- Initial screening — scope, formatting and similarity check (manuscripts at or above 25% similarity are declined).
- Reviewer assignment — the editor invites at least 1 subject experts.
- Review — reviewers have 10 days to score the manuscript and recommend accept, minor revision, major revision or reject.
- Decision — the editor weighs the reports and sends a decision with the reviewers' comments.
- Revision — authors respond point by point within 15 days; revised papers may go back to the same reviewers.
- Acceptance & publication — accepted papers are copy-edited, typeset and published open access.
